3-STEP FOOT CARE KIT

3-STEP FOOT CARE KIT by BIRKENSTOCK is a set that contains 30ml each of the Exfoliating Foot Scrub, the Nourishing Foot Balm, and the Relief Lotion Tired Leg & Foot. The fragrance is 100% natural, functional, with essential oils. 

Step 1 - Exfoliate: apply the Exfoliating Foot Scrub to clean, damp skin. Gently massage in a circular motion onto feet and lower legs to improve blood circulation. Rinse with warm water. Ideally prepares the skin for footcare routine. 

Step 2 - Care: massage the Nourishing Foot Balm daily, morning, and evening, into clean and dry feet. For very dry skin, apply a thick layer of cream, cover the foot with socks & let it soak in. 

Step 3 - Recover: massage the Relief Lotion for Tired Leg & Foot in upward strokes from the arches of the feet up to the lower legs to stimulate blood circulation. Reapply as needed. *Do not use on damaged or sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.

• Rosemary Oil: invigorating, decongestant & stimulating blood circulation

Nourishing Foot Balm: 

• Murumuru Butter: protecting skin against dehydration, strengthening the skin barrier 
• Pomegranate Enzyme: gently removing horny skin cells, reducing skin roughness
• White Willow Bark Extract: softening the skin surface 

Relief Lotion Tired Leg & Foot: 

• Menthol: stimulating the body for an immediate feeling of coldness 
• Arnica Oil: helping to relieve muscle pain 
• Eucalyptus Oil: stimulating effect on the circulation and pleasant cooling effect
