FREE DELIVERY within Australia:
GET FREE STANDARD SHIPPING Australia wide on orders over $150! For orders under $150, a charge of $12.95 will apply. For express postage, a charge of $15.95 applies.
Fulfillment times:
Our team work Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, and endeavor to dispatch orders as follows:

Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays (VIC public holidays are observed). Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email.
Shipping times:

Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email or SMS.
If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.

International orders:
We offer standard international shipping to the following countries:
New Zealand & Norfolk Island
Standard delivery is available to New Zealand and Norfolk Island for a flat rate of $20.00 AUD. International shipping is via the most effective carrier at the time of dispatch. Any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Late deliveries:
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive, please consider the following: Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing. If you have not received your order within the days specified, please contact our web store support at online@evansshoes.com.au.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels:
Evans Shoes will not be held liable for any items that become lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We recommend lodging a report directly with Australia Post via their website here, or the AusPost app.
