This page, together with the documents referred to on it, tells you the terms and conditions (these Terms and Conditions) on which our current in-store and online giveaways and competitions operate. 

Subscribing

Sign up via subscribing here to receive our upcoming promotions, latest trends and information on our newest styles. First time subscribers will receive the following: 

  • A welcome discount code (sent immediately after signing up).
  • Any entry into our monthly draw to win a $129 gift voucher.
  • A Birthday gift from us (sent 3 weeks prior to date of birth where provided).
  • A Christmas gift from us (sent in December).

Welcome discount code conditions: 

  • Redeemable on any full priced item over $100, in-store or online.
  • One use per customer.
  • To redeem online, apply to provided discount code at checkout.
  • To redeem in-store, show the email at checkout to a Sale Assistant.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

    Birthday voucher: 

    • Subscribers who provide their date of birth when subscribing will receive a birthday gift from us, emailed 3 weeks prior to their date of birth, as well as a reminder email on the date of birth. 
    • Redeemable on any full priced item over $100.
    • One use per customer. 
    • To redeem online, apply to provided discount code at checkout.
    • To redeem in-store, show the email at checkout to a Sale Assistant.
    • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    • Birthday vouchers will expire 45 days after first issue. 

      Christmas voucher: 

      • Redeemable on any full price item over $100, in-store or online.
      • One use per customer.
      • To redeem online, apply to provided discount code at checkout.
      • To redeem in-store, show the email at checkout to a Sale Assistant.
      • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

      Monthly draw - $129 Evans Shoes gift voucher: 

      • One winner is selected each month to win a $129 Evans Shoes gift voucher (value based on the age of the business). 
      • All new subscribers for the month are automatically entered.
      • The winner will be contacted via email and must respond to the email to receive the prize, in which they will need to confirm if they would like an in-store or an online gift voucher. 
      • The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash. 
      • Failure to respond back to a winning notification email within 14 days will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

      $1,800 BLUNDSTONE PROMOTION - BIRTHDAY SALE

      Eligibility:

      To be eligible for entry into the Evans Shoes x Blundstone Birthday Giveaway, participants must purchase any pair of Blundstone boots at any Evans Shoes store including online between May 18th, 2026, and June 8th, 2026. Participants must be registered members of the Evans Shoes customer club database at the time of the draw. An active email address and phone number associated with the account.

      Entry Period:

      The entry period for the giveaway begins on May 18, 2026, and ends on June 8, 2026.

      Prize Details:

      One (1) lucky winner will receive $1,000

      One (1) lucky winner will receive $500

      One (1) lucky winner will receive $300

      The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

      Winner Selection:

      Winners will be selected through a random draw from eligible entries.

      The winners will be announced on June 9th, 2026, and contacted via phone call from Evans Shoes Management.

      Notification and Claiming Prizes:

      Evans Shoes will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners using the phone number provided during the registration process.

      If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the initial contact attempt, a new winner will be randomly selected.

      Winners must provide necessary information for prize verification and coordination of gift voucher delivery.

      Publicity:

      By participating in the giveaway, winners agree to participate in any promotional activities or publicity as requested by Evans Shoes.

      Data Protection:

      Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Evans Shoes' privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties.
