At this time, we do not offer "Click & Collect" as a checkout option for our online store, however, if you place an order online and would like to collect it at one of our stores, please place the order, and then email online@evansshoes.com.au with the nominated store and your order number, and the store will give you a call when the order is ready to collect.

We currently offer delivery Australia and New Zealand wide. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $30.

If you have received a faulty item, you will be eligible for a replacement, credit note or full refund. (Stock can be replaced depending on stock availability).

If you believe you have a faulty shoe, please take the shoes back to the store you purchased them in. Alternatively, email online@evansshoes.com.au with the following:
- Your proof of purchase
- A photo of the top of both shoes
- A photo of the soles of both shoes
- A photo of the problem area
- A brief description of the potential fault.

Our buying team assess all faulty claims and will come back to you with a resolution.

Faulty Product:

Customers will be given a supplied a free returns label to post the item back.

Size Changes or change of mind:

Customers have the option to return to an Evans Shoes retail store for free returns. Alternatively, customers must cover the cost of postage back , which is a flat rate of $9.95 in Australia.

For New Zealand customers, postage must be paid at the going rate of the courier chosen within New Zealand.

Once your goods have been received by Evans Shoes please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund. 

The refund on a correctly returned item that was given as a gift will be credited to the original purchaser’s account or credit card used to purchase the gift.

The Customer Service team operates on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Melbourne, Australia) from 9:00am and 4:00pm Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time.
